TRAVELVICE

How it works

How Travelvice turns a wallet into a trip plan.

No new accounts, no guessing. Travelvice reads what your cards and memberships already promise, checks it against your real trip, and hands you one plan: what's already handled, what needs one detail confirmed, and the one thing genuinely missing.

Four steps, start to finish.

01

Add what is already in your wallet.

Cards, hotel and airline memberships, club memberships — the things you already carry, not new accounts to sign up for.

YOUR WALLET, SO FAR

02

Describe the real trip.

Where, when, who is going, anything unusual about it. Enough for Travelvice to know which of your benefits are even in play.

THIS TRIP

Tokyo · 5 nights · family of three, one traveler has mobility needs

03

Travelvice checks the source and the condition.

For each need on the trip, Travelvice reads the actual terms behind what you carry — not a summary, the source — and checks whether this trip meets the condition.

WHAT IT READS

CARD 02 · BENEFITS GUIDE, P. 14

Applies when you enter the lounge with Card 02 and a same-day boarding pass.

04

Use it, confirm it, or close the gap.

Every finding lands in one of three states: ready to use as-is, needs one detail confirmed first, or genuinely not covered — so you know exactly what to do before you go.

WHERE IT LANDS

READY Nothing to do — pay the fare with Card 01.
CONFIRM FIRST Add your membership number to the reservation.
OPEN GAP Add a local data plan before you land.

Anatomy of a finding

Every finding has the same six parts.

Same lounge example as elsewhere on this site — here it's labeled, so you can see exactly what Travelvice checked and why it landed where it did.

You may already have this.

CARD 02 · BENEFITS GUIDE, P. 14

Applies when you enter the lounge with Card 02 and a same-day boarding pass.

Nothing to do — bring Card 02 to the lounge desk.
  1. Recognition line — Tells you at a glance that something you already have covers this — before you read anything else.

  2. Benefit — The actual protection or perk on offer, in plain words.

  3. Assigned wallet item — Which card or membership in your wallet provides it.

  4. Source — Where Travelvice read this — the card or membership's own terms document, cited plainly.

  5. Condition — The exact condition that has to be true on this trip for the benefit to apply.

  6. Next action — What happens next: nothing, confirm one detail, or close a gap.

Three statuses, no others

Every finding lands in exactly one of three states.

No partial credit, no "maybe." Here's what each status means and what it asks of you.

READY
This benefit already applies — Travelvice confirmed the source and the condition is met.
Nothing to do. Use the assigned card or membership as usual.
CONFIRM FIRST
The benefit is real, but one detail has to be true before it counts — a linked number, a specific way to pay.
Confirm the one detail listed. It becomes READY once you do.
OPEN GAP
Nothing in your wallet covers this need. Not a missing detail — an actual gap.
Decide whether to buy coverage or accept the risk before you go.

The ledger

The total is masked here, because this isn't your account.

The panel beside this is illustrative — every amount is blanked on purpose. In the real app, the total is never invented: it only counts what actually survives each benefit's own terms and caps, credit by credit.

A benefit that's a CONFIRM FIRST or an OPEN GAP doesn't count toward the total until it's actually ready — no partial credit for coverage you haven't confirmed yet.

The limits

What this page — and Travelvice — won't do.

It won't invent coverage.

Every finding traces to a real source. If Travelvice cannot verify a benefit, it does not claim it.

It won't replace the source terms.

The card or membership's own terms still govern. Travelvice points you to them — it never speaks over them.

It won't enroll or buy anything automatically.

Confirming a detail or closing a gap is always something you do. Travelvice never acts on your accounts.

It won't show public account data.

Nothing on this page is a real account. Every wallet, trip, and finding above is illustrative.

It won't turn a gap into a sales marketplace.

When Travelvice finds a gap, it says so plainly and stops there — no upsell built into the finding.

This page is a demonstration. It is never your account.
